You would have to post a photo of a type sample for each machine if you would like us to help identify them, and also measure how many characters it types per inch. Most manufacturers offered different typefaces for the same model, so just knowing the model and its year of manufacture isn't enough. Conversely, there are many sources on the internet to help you identify a typeface on your own, but that would be a lot more work than posting a few photos here. Instructions for posting photos can be found in the FAQ thread in this sub-forum.

Pic of the typefaces below. I measured the cpi using a cpi ruler I acquired many years ago. It has scales for 10, 12 & 15 cpi and was designed for line printers, dot matrix and early daisywheels. We are talking 1980's IT technology. The Tippa is closest to 10cpi but may be an in-between size.
The Tippa has a logo for Adler as well as a Tippa and a Grundig label on the back.
The Silver Reed always struck me as rather crowded. I think I prefer the Corona or Tippa.

The original box for the Silver Reed 100 says the "type style" is Elite
