    Hermes 300 carriage lock - where please?

    Just been lucky enough to buy one of the old round-bodied Hermes 3000s, and I'd like to let the seller know where the carriage lock is so that he may ensure it's on for transport.  I've never had one of these machines, so don't know where it is or in which position the switch should be.  Can anyone help?
