General parts commonality between Hermes models?

Ignoring the shells, what's the parts commonality between
1. Hermes 2000 and 3000 (carriages, platens, knobs, escapements, tab parts, key bar assemblies, etc?
2. Ignoring actual build quality, is there good parts commonality between 60's Swiss and 70's French-made 3000's?
3. Between the 3000 and the "Media" version?

I like my late 60's Swiss made 3000, but a few of the bolt-on parts could use replacing, especially cracked knobs, etc. Thought it might make sense to buy a hangar queen on the cheap, maybe a 70's French made version, which are sometimes available in pretty good condition for much less than the Swiss-made versions. So other than knob colors being different (I'm not a serious collector and couldn't care less whether my knobs are green or black or white) are most parts interchangeable?

Lastly, do Hermes repair manuals exist anywhere on the planet?

Lots of helpful Olympia info out there, not so much so on Hermes. Thanks for any help.
