Royal Quiet Deluxe gold plate
Looking for info on a Royal Quiet Deluxe I just found in the gold finish. Appears to be a later one (1953). Any info would be appreciated.

The gold-plated Royal Quiet De Luxe was a 50th anniversary model of the company's founding. I'm not sure what you mean by a "later one" because as far as I know they had a very limited production run. There are a number of them around, but most of the ones that I've seen exhibited a lot of wear on the plated parts. I don't know if this was because the plating wasn't that great or very thick to begin with, or the models were just well used, but it's the one thing to look for if you're after one in pristine condition.
The pronoun I has always been capitalized in the English language for more than 700 years.

There is wear on the corners showing lots of use, otherwise looks original. Will try to load pictures.
