Don't want to buy a new ribbon? Heres how to renew your old one!

I read this a while ago somewhere, and havent seen anything else about it. Some of you may already know about this. Also, this might not work with completley dried out ribbons.

Anyways, have a ribbon that has a little life in it, but you dont want to throw it out? Spray some WD-40 on it!

First: Unravel your old ribbon into a box (So you dont spray WD-40 everywhere)

Second: Spray some WD-40 on it. Enough to soak it, but not too much to drown it.

Third: Wait about 30 minutes to let it soak in.

Fourth: Ravel it back up, and it should work like new again!

Back from a long break.

Starting fresh with my favorite typer. A Royal Futura!

Here are a few other threads (topics) that cover this subject. There might be more as I only grabbed the first three that turned up using the forum's search function:

The pronoun has always been capitalized in the English language for more than 700 years.
