Let's try to get an answer from Google via it's artificial intelligence chatbot Gemini.
I decided to do the same thing and my result was:
Gemini (and almost certainly Google) thinks the Typewriter Talk forum no longer exists because it believes Boardhost shut down sometime in 2024 (I believe I first noticed this issue early last year). I argued with Gemini repeatedly that this was incorrect, insisting I was on the site at that moment, was logged in, and just commented, but it still didn't believe me. Gemini did not relent until I told it that the Typewriter Talk forum is the number one result in Bing, Yahoo, DuckDuckGo, and Qwant, at which point I think it decided to search via those engines and finally apologized to me for being wrong. After telling me I was right, it said it was most likely a technical issue with the forum's configuration (this might mean Boardhost) that is preventing Google from indexing it properly.
For over a year now, this site has been completely invisible to Google. Not a lower ranking, but the entire content of this forum is completely gone. This is a huge problem because about ~90% of search traffic goes through Google. In addition to previously being the top search result in Google for 'Typewriter Forum', Typewriter Talk was often the top result for typewriter questions. Currently, the only people who will be able to find this forum, and its dozen years of typewriter discussions, would have to pretty much arrive via a bookmark, link, full address in their browser, or be among of the ~10% that doesn't use Google for search.
Of the fixes the Gemini recommended, the first one seemed to be the only applicable one considering this is not an issue with other search engines. It reads as follows, and I am not sure if it is referring to Type Talk, or to Boardhost when it says 'forum owner':
Actions the Typewriter Talk forum owners can take:

Sorry, when I first looked at your image I was confused by the reflection. Looking at it again, I believe that it is the top roller for the rear carriage support rail, which is pictured below (with the paper table lifted out of the way):

Does your Royal 10 a have a standard carriage, or is it wide carriage?

I know ours had black keys with white letters. Looking on eBay or anywhere else, I see that some that look almost exactly like ours have white keys with black lettering. Did they manufacture black and white keys during the same time period? Is one older than the other? Is one more valuable than the other?
From the factory all Underwood 5's came with white key legends, but many had their key legends replaced way back in the day as a part of servicing. This is extremely common on prewar standards that were heavily used, and many refurbished and resold possibly multiple times. This is why you see such a variety of legend and keyring styles on many prewar standard typewriters of the same model--though, much less commonly seen on portables. If you look through the typewriter database Underwood 5 galleries you will see a large proportion of Underwood 5's with black keys, which are replacement legends. Even on No. 5's that look like the white factory style, they can be replacements, too. Key color for the most part doesn't effect the value of a No. 5 unless it is something less desirable like plastic green keys. Even most typewriter collectors are unaware of how many typewriters have had their key legends replaced, so it doesn't tend to be a factor. With Underwood 5's, cosmetic and mechanical condition are the key things that effect value.

To me, this seems the most plausible.

That is an Optima Elite, maybe an Elite 2, with an Olympia decal. I am not sure why it has an Olympia decal. While Optima was the company that was born from the East German part of Olympia, I think this particular model would have come after the fight over branding was settled.

I just noticed tonight that it is almost impossible to find this forum through Google search--at least as of now. I normally get here through a bookmark so it is not something I would have paid attention to. I tried numerous combos, but couldn't get it anywhere in the results; unless I typed the full address, but even that links through some sort of intermediary site I have never heard of. All I have to do on Qwant, Yahoo, or Bing is type: typewriter forum, and it is the first result. But it is invisible to Google. It sucks, but i don't know why this is the case.

I should note, I am not saying whether or not your specific issue is caused by the on feet position, just where these adjustment would be made.
