WTB: Line Space Lever for 1933 Underwood Noiseless portable
I have a lovely machine, but its line space lever is broken off. This is the one that stands vertically and then folds down on the side. If anyone has one for sale (or an idea for a substitute), please let me know.

This is a common problem with this machine (and its' Remington twin brother) and there is a solution ! You can actually order a new one ! A chap has designed a replacement, and it is available to buy from 'Shapeways' I believe that it may need a bit of filing and polishing to make it fit, so this is not a recommendation - I have never used/fitted one of these myself.
