In your dreams
Do you ever have typewriters work their way into your dreams? If so, then how?
Here, I'll start:
Last night I had both a Royal Portable "O" and a green Royal FP work their way into my dream last night. The Royal O was at like a whole block wide garage sale and the guy selling it was asking for $301. I offered $30 because something was terribly wrong with it but if I remember it had like a child's name written on it because it was theirs. Needless to say, even in my own dreams I can't always get typewriters for the right price...
A high schooler with a lot of typewriters. That's pretty much about it.

Oh, I'm always dreaming about typewriters. They're always really specific ones that I've just got, or am working with, or been cleaning, or been looking at on eBay. They come up almost like characters in the dreams...

I had a dream about a typewriter that was having platen problems because the drive-belt was incorrectly installed. It was a vacuum cleaner/typewriter hybrid machine. Very odd.
