Maybe its glossy black, maybe its the dull crinkle, hey, maybe even its painted! We all have our best looking typewriters. Whats yours?
My best looking one is my 1906 Blickensderfer 7, it has that.... indescribable shape...
It looks much glossier in person, and cleaner. Its the light.

Hands down, my 1928 Royal 10:
Isn't she such a beaut?
(yeah I know it's kinds still dirty, and the picture is 7 months old, but still looks gorgeous doesn't it?)

Mine is my Remington 5 Streamline, although my Royal QDL white is also quite nice, and I guess my maroon Smith-Corona Silent is also up there. Is this question restricted to one typewriter?

all of my machines are from the 50's. I would have to say my two tone Voss is pretty nice to look at.

I would have to go with my Remington 12

Wonderful photos!
Mre, that Remington is in splendid condition! Ive heard those are wonderful typer too.
JoeV, I have a Corona Four too, I haven't got around to fixing it yet. They seem like decent typer though, compared to the early remington portables.

It types very well although the platen needs recovered.
I'll get it redone eventually.
