This is a long shot...

Considering how (with the help of you guys) fixed the carriage so it can move again, I come across another problem- REMOVING the carriage. I have absolutely no idea how to remove this, and I have taken off a few parts and put them back on, as they do not allow the carriage to be removed. If anyone can help, thank you.
