One clue would be that the letters don't align with the scale down below.  They could be off the marks, but unless someone put an elite type scale on a pica type typewriter, I would say that was not a print sample of that particular typewriter.  I know this is an old post, but I thought it would be fun to add my 2 cents anyway.
