The seller's feedback is zero, so my guess is that it's someone who has never used eBay before and screwed up the listing. They probably closed the auction - maybe it sold locally - or because they didn't know how to fix the price. There's no way anyone bought that particular blue Royal for that price.
The pronoun I has always been capitalized in the English language for more than 700 years.
