Mary Robinette Kowal, president of Science Fiction Writers of America and a typewriter collector, gave me a little piece of her website last month to talk about My Favorite Bit about writing "The Light Years," my debut novel from Angry Robot Books. 

Coincidentally, my favorite bit about that process was that I used typewriters for the first draft of the book.
