Sperry Rand Remington Graduate - Anyone got any information

Hi,

I've just got my first typewriter, it's a Sperry Rand Remington Graduate (made in Holland), but there's very little info about it online, does anyone have any insight on this typewriter, age, quality, etc?

If you search it on google images, it's the yellow one!

Thanks,

Eli

Re: Sperry Rand Remington Graduate - Anyone got any information

Insight - It's a budget version of the more common Ten Forty, which means it lacks certain features such as a tabulator.
Age - Roughly early '70s. You'll have to find its serial number if you want a specific year (I think it's on the underside of the typewriter at the back).
Quality - It's a usable portable with a fairly solid build and decent type performance. I personally like Remington portables from that era; however, I have found that their Italian-made cases break easily.
