    Olympia sg3 platen removal

    I’m trying to fix up this Olympia sg3 I gotten but I cannot figure out how to take the platen off.  Any help?
    this particular one has the paper feed/ejector lever on the right side. 

    Mechanical, electric, IBM selectric, good. They give me lots of inspiration when writing.

    Unscrew the platen knobs and you can  lift the platen out of the carriage.
