Olivetti Lettera 32 paper crumpling when top edge meets the paper rest
I have an Olivetti Lettera 32 with the paper while advancing and when the top edge of the page touches the paper rest it gets crumbled a bit and some times it even raises the paper bail by a bit resulting to unevenness on the platen. How can I fix this?

Paper rest, referring to the tiny bars that spring out of the paper table? Sometimes there is a stopper at the top that measures out your bottom margin, the fix is to raise the stopper so your margins are aligned. But I'm not sure this is the issue you reference.
