1945 Smith Corona Silent platen diameter
I would like to restore the platen of my 1945 Smith Corona Silent. Does anyone know what was the original diameter of its platen? It is hard and apparently has shrank a bit. I can tell it shrank because the top of the capitals is a bit fainter than the rest.

Pardon my ignorance! I found it at the Typewriter Database. It is a 32.2mm platen.
