I would like to shae with you guys a rather unknown typewriter, at least there is not much in the net. It has production of 2000 machines (5000 according to others) and is one of those that almot ruined a company. It has a cam action, which it gives a bit of resistance in the begining of the key pressing. And is very much noiseless. It doesn't have a platen! The keys hit a narrow pieceof metal! Weird machine. Does anyone know more about it?
I can't find the glorious images of Uwe, but certainly found your post and google it too. One of the main reasons to make this post is to make this information accessible to other people. Could you Uwe throw some light over this topic?
Yes nice picture indeed, more, more! When I saw this typewriter I couldn't find the serial number, and I was really courious about whether is over 2000! Where is actually located the number??
So, confirmed, this particular specimen is a Model 1 with a very low serial number, under 1000! I only found another picture on tne in internert, a black and white image of the serial number webpage, so I guess is preeety rare?
