Where would one find manual for a 1939 Underwood Master Typewriter? Specifically, one that would show a mechanical diagram that highlighted parts an possibly give some insight into repair?

There is the users manual, but repair manuals are not abundant. During the war, there were repair manuals for commonly used machines, but the champion wasn’t one of those

I have a 1940 Underwood Master. I would use the Ames repair manual for repairs. The download link can be found several places so you can get it off the internet. the innards of the Master is practically the same as the Underwood No. 5 (why mess with success!)
