Well, if you click on the link I provided, you can contact the fellow that runs the Boston area type-outs. But really, there aren't any rules.
So, did anyone go to the Boston event? I wanted to, but it's two hours away and thus hard to justify the trip.
I did! It was great fun as always, except we had to stay inside because of the rain, so a type-in rather than a type-out. Some pictures here.
And I infer you're the one who won the speed typing contest? Congrats -- how about a picture of the Olivetti you won?
