Typewriter Talk / Real typing paper?

Has anyone ever used this? It gets great reviews from various sources (typists, artists, origami practitioners)

Haven't tried it, but I would be very interested in it. Looks like it could potentially be a very classic typewriting paper. I have really been enjoying typing on Permalife 25% cotton paper lately.
