That's pretty close to the green. I'm thinking I make mask off to paint the sides and around the space bar as well as the top.

I did use gloss paint on one of my "gifted away" machines.

It looked so cheap, I sanded it down a bit and re-painted it, again, with satin paint.

The gloss looked a bit too much like a cheap Reno casino.

Re-paint completed.  Peel & stick felt under the ribbon cover, tomorrow.

Pete, I like it much better than the color Olympia Japan did for the Olympiette 2.

Hi George,

Here is a paint-job that I am probably not brave enough to pull off...

Hi Pete, The color scheme isn’t one I’d buy but it is definitely hard not to keep looking at it.

Well, here is my green painted Traveler. It would have looked good on a machine with the white keys and trim but not enough contrast here between the dark gray and green.  Oh well.

Hi Mike, I like darker colors and the gray and green look good!

. . . but a pain in the a@# to mask off. Pete has the right idea to accent paint the tops only.

I chose to remove the logo badges with a razor blade to the underside, and reattached with small blobs of epoxy.
