Hi Guys.
I am new to this forum. I am a very new collector since I only have 15 typewriters in my collection. Anyway, I would like to know if any of you have any information on the NIPPO typewriters. If you do, I would like to know if you have a listing of the dates of manufacturing for my NIPPO P-200. I have look around and can't find anything on serial numbers, date of manufacturing.

Yep, did the Typewriter database. It did give me the basic info. It seems to be the same basic info they give to all odd typewriters. Looking at the pictures, it did show a typewriter like mine and gave a 196X estimate of age.... Anyway I will check again to see if I miss something.

If you click on some of the photo galleries that machine-owners had posted up...some include info. about the maker, etc. in their write-ups.

Yep.. Got extra info and links about the NIPPO Business machine. Very interesting company. Unfortunately, found little about dates of manufacturing but I will continue to search. Thanks again for the info.

I have a Japan-made Citizen typewriter. Citizen made some models in house and other models were made by outside makers.

Citizen typewriters are hard to nail down much info, about, as well.
