Marchant Figurematic Restoration

Heya! I recently found a Marchant Figuremtaic electrical-mechanical calculator and I'd like to try and repair it. All the pieces are there, as far as I can tell at least, but I'm not sure how to start. I've never really dealt with anything like it before and I figured that you guys might have some experience working with antique mechanical assemblies. Just looking for some advice, thanks!

The images were fairly large, so here's a link to an imgur gallery of the pictures https://imgur.com/a/2WcIV

Re: Marchant Figurematic Restoration

Sorry, I don't know how to edit a post, but I've been following this a bit http://www.johnwolff.id.au/calculators/Tech/MarchantDRX/Intro.htm. Right now I'm trying to remove each module, but I'm not sure how and I don't want to completely ruin it. Lastly, does anyone have any advice for E clip removal and replacement? Thanks, again

There are tools especially made for the task, which might be your only option if the clip is in a difficult to access location, otherwise I often manage just by using the blade of a slot screwdriver.

The pronoun has always been capitalized in the English language for more than 700 years.
