The ebay seller i ordered from was called oregontonercompany, i sent them a message and they said they would replace it. The print was on the light side, at least when you compare them to he print on the other ribbon, the difference is night and day. Ill def try other ribbons and see what works, thankx everyone

I have ordered from Oregon Toner Company before and not had a problem. I usually order from FJA on ebay though.
