Olympia DM German Field Typewriter
I have just bought a DM German Field Typewriter and wondered what is it worth. I have no previous experiences with typewriters, but I have recently carried out some research and have found some information about the SS typewriter. Mine looks the same but (as pictured) there is no 'SS' lettering above the 5 key and instead of the Olympia writing across the top, there are the letters DM. I was told that it was brought back by a British soldier at the end of WW2. If anybody can give me any further information on my typewriter it would be greatly appreciated.

You can't post photos untill after your third post in the forum. Follow the intstruction for posting images in the FAQ topic in the Type Talk sub-forum when you do. Without photos it's impossible to know which machine you're talking about or give an opinion on its value.
The pronoun I has always been capitalized in the English language for more than 700 years.
