By the way, Amazon just sent me a note saying the order was delayed and they can't even estimate a shipping date! I wonder if this means problems with the publisher or maritime disaster? I hope it means that sales have exceeded all expectations and they can't print enough copies!

Thanks, tojeem! I hope you like it... & Repartee, have you had any luck yet? Did you actually pay Amazon? You might be better using the Book Depository, or else (even better) buying direct from the publishers, who will ship anywhere. Amazon is notoriously ruinous in its terms for indie presses.
