I'd like to get something going if anyone is interested. Maybe a once a month thing, international or domestic. PM me if you like!

Pen-pals? Shouldn't that be key-pals? No, wait...

SLUG-Pals.
Why do people still refer to depressing computer keys as "typing"? The word "keyboarding" made an effort - and even into this spellchecker - but never took off. Always suggests to me training for disadvantaged people who aren't comfortable using a mouse. I run into them. They look like you and me, but they cannot mouse. They are ilmusculates.
But this is off-topic for this thread. I am loquacious in print, and welcome an opportunity for offline loquacity with typos, smudges and stamps. Send me a private message if interested. Save the postage stamp for the next generation!
There are many books of collected letters. I don't recall seeing one of collected emails, and I don't think we will. Except perhaps as evidence.

I'm interested in gaining a fellow typist penpal. I've been typewriting since I was 9. I currently own 3 manual typewriters that aren't getting much use since I fell out of contact with the penpals I had that I couldn't tell on Facebook I was moving. (I guess that's kind of ironic, I want to send some of these people letters, but not all of them are online to tell me if they moved, too...)

I guess I'll be the bold one and just put myself out there... If anyone is still interested in doing this, I'd love to get and respond to more letters. My address is:

Count me in. If anyone in Australia is interested, PM me!
What, generally, does one write about to their pen pal?

Just general day to day stuff and some typewriter stuff.
