Another step in getting the Brother back on the road. The escapement is acting funny. If you shiftlock the carriage it works properly, but the gear won't move correctly in lowercase. I'm assuming that it is a positional thing, and I have been cleaning and recleaning. I am afraid the next step is going to require more disassembly...
