This paper is commonly known in the US by the tradename "NCR" paper, standing for "No Carbon Required". By a happy coincidence, it is produced by a company called National Cash Register, known as NCR. It is available in a wide variety of sizes; check with your stationer.
Generically, it is called "carbonless copy paper, CCP, but I have never heard it called that.
Be careful carrying it in your pocket; the folding, creasing, pressures will activate the second sheet and may exhaust it before you find a typewriter that needs it.
