Erika faulty vibrator machanism VIDEO
Hey guys I know I posted a video about this problem before but this is a new video where you can actually see how the mechanism is being hindered/impeded, and hopefully some of the pros on this form will know how I can go about fixing this issue.

Hey guys just an update:
I was able to carefully bend that piece back so it can move freely, but I have another problem with the vibrator (forgot to mention this before, it is not new).
The video shows what happens when the ribbon was set to RED.
But when the ribbon was set to BLACK, it moves freely...just not far enough upward to get a complete imprint. Only the bottom half of letters are printed.
Any idea how to get the vibrator to shoot up higher? Is there a place to adjust it somewhere? A missing spring possibly?
