The pronoun I has always been capitalized in the English language for more than 700 years.

And someone a little farther afield has a Remington All-New that I want to check out. I have one of these already, and it's a really nice machine, but hard to come by, so I'd like another.
Sweat equity -- that's partly what makes this fun! Nothing like bringing a machine back to life, though I freely admit some things beyond my abilities and available time.

The "All-New Personal Portable" has to be one of my favorite designs, so much so that I can't stop buying them whenever I come across one. I particularly like the two-tone black and grey model, but of course any colour will do.

The one I do have has the all green keys. Unfortunately, the spring that holds the paper tray in place was missing, so I have gaffer's tape in place to keep it from falling off. (And as you know, the margin setting is done by swinging the paper tray back.) Wish I could find that part.

Hey all,
New member here, made my first purchase today. I chose a Smith Corona Sterling in practically new condition with original case, key, paperwork and locking mechanism. I thought it was a pretty good buy at $83.72 delivered given the condition it appears to be in.

I picked up a red Corona 4 while I was out of town for work last week. I am hoping I learned enough from watching packing videos that it will survive the trip here. Poor guy at FedEx had me hovering until it was double boxed and secured. It should arrive tomorrow.

Picked these two up today. Craigslist - I wouldn't say stellar deals, but fair deals:. Both appear to be in excellent shape (espcailly the Quiet Deluxe), just need a little cleaning.
