Hi!

I just got a new (to me) Hermes 3000 (1st body type if that makes a difference to this).

Teo things don't work. The first is the carriage is scrapping against the body on the left side. I'm going to tackle that later.

The other thing is that when I hit the tab key it doesn't pop back up. It stays down and I have to take off the top cover and shimmy it back from the bottom.

Is this simply a matter of it needing to be cleaned? Or is there something with the tab mechanism on these Hermes that I should be aware of?
