Starting to work pretty well after 2 intense cleaning but will need more. This is my 5th machine but haven't had to do any mechanical work just a lot of cleaning and bending so I'm not really familiar with all the names or locations of the working parts so bear with me! The ribbon only passes correctly from spool to spool if I apply downward pressure to the spool receiving the ribbon. If not it bunches up in front of the vibrator and has to be pulled through by winding spool. I checked that the ribbon reverse was not in the center position. Any information on how to fix this? I've done some searching and looked at old manuals but nothing this specific. I've read about tension screws that may need tightening but I don't know where they're at and don't want to make any mistakes that will make my life harder!
