Mystery Part from 1926 Underwood Standard Model 5
Though I always try to be careful to label parts when I take a typewriter apart to clean/repair, I messed up this time.
Can anyone tell me where in my '26 Underwood Model 5 the part in these photos should go?
I think it's from the carriage assembly (maybe right side?) but can't seem to find a matching spot. Many thanks!

Answer supplied by a typewriter revolutionary. The piece attaches to the roller at the front of the carriage frame. It triggers the bell.
