Brother Deluxe 1613 (JP-5) In-Coming...
Should have this new machine at home in a week or two.
Fun little Brother Model JP-5 named as the "Brother Deluxe 1613". Made in April of 1981.
Love the colors. May be a repaint, but will have to wait to get it in my hands to verify or not.
More photos after it is home and I get it on my workbench.

Weather was cooperating for working in my garage…
Machine IS a really nicely-done repaint. Originally the bottom plastic was black and the side panels and top body color was cream. I was able to see that with a couple of existing scratches along those painted panels on their inside surface.
Machine cleaned up and tuned up well. New ribbon, too. Same with the case.
Two (2) issues needed sorting out but now work fine :
1. Line-spacing with the CR lever was only resulting in a 3-line shift...regardless of the position of the small space-adjusting lever. Got some slack out of the platen mounting and problem went away.
2. Upper & lower case shift/adjustment done and now “HhHhHh” is perfect.
