Did your segment ring "pushing" tools actually come from old parts machines or did you fabricate them (or had them fabricated) out of round stock ?

Picked up this good set of spring-hooks from an eBay seller out of the UK. To my door in the USA within 7 week. Total was under $ 20 USD.
Each is 8" long, very well made, stainless steel.
