Re: Ribbon Tins...

I would like to get a Smith Premier one with a ribbon still inside.  It would be even better if it was one of the tri-color ribbons.

Smith Premier typewriters are cool!

Re: Ribbon Tins...

It has been a while since I brought in a new ribbon tin.

This one is a bit of an abstract sail-boat scene.

Re: Ribbon Tins...

I have yet to catch one of these tins...but I am hopeful...one day.

I think it is the Greek god Hermes...but could also be the Roman god, Mercury.

I would think it would be Hermes as the typewriter brand...rather than Mercury which I think was just a Royal model name for a few years.

I love the 3-D effect of the line-work on the top cover's artwork.

If anyone has a spare laying around, I would be interested.
