Picked it up recently. Cleaned it up and gave it a new ribbon. It types good but a few issues emerge.
The letter L (both upper and lower case) is very faint but starts getting more clear as it moves toward the right side of the page. It’s the only letter exhibiting that peculiar quirk.

With none of the other type-slugs showing this mis-print...I would focus my attention on the "L" type-slug and all of its unique levers & links that connects it to its key-top.
My first stab at it would be to carefully take some lacquer-thinner (LT) to each mechanical connection and/or pivot-point from its segment slot all the way to the "L" key-top. Applying LT to each joint and following up with compressed air blows at each joint.
Be careful with LT to now get any on plastic, painted surfaces, and/or rubber parts.
I would do this 2-3 times to make sure all hardened oil and "crud" is completely removed.
