I have a forest green Olympia SM4 for sale. Recently cleaned and serviced by a professional typewriter shop, it is in immaculate condition, not a mark on it, looks like new. It has what I think is a German keyboard except it is QWERTY, not QWERTZ. The font is very unique, the letters are the same as the usual English ones but the capital I has a small dot over it. I don't know the origin of the font but is very attractive. Will sell for $250 plus shipping. If you would like to see pics contact me at bkorites@verizon.net.

I'd like to see a photo of the keyboard, which sounds like it's Danish and not German.

Uwe, how do I post an image, I have them as jpg's on my desktop. How do I get a url for them?

Instructions are in the FAQ thread in the Type Talk sub-forum, but you do have to host them somewhere like through a photo sharing website, or if you've posted them in an eBay auction - for example.

Uwe- I posted the pics on Shutterfly.com, copied the url, clicked on the image icon above, then pasted the url into the dialog box. All that showed up was a box with an x in it. What am I doing wrong?

Hard to say without seeing the URL you used. Can you post the URL as text in a post so I can see it?

Note the dot over the capital I in the typing sample. On the keyboard the 4 odd keys in the lower right type as shown on the keys. There are 2 "I" keys, one with a dot, another beside the P key. They type 4 different upper and lower case I's. I can type samples and post if it will help.

The problem is that the URL you're tyring to use isn't for an image, but a web page (clicking on it takes me to your log in page). To get the right URL right-click on the image and click on "Copy Image URL", assuming that you're using a PC.

I have the images on my desktop - Windows 7. When I right click on either I get a menu of choices but I do not see "Copy Image URL."
