    Looking for a part for Remington Portable #2

    I have a 1925-28 Remington Portable #2 in reasonably good shape but one part is broken that is keeping the paper tensioner from holding the paper against the roller (sorry don't know terms that well).
    Link to picture of the broken part included.

    I'm looking for either the individual part or for a parts-only basket case that I could salvage from.

    Good luck with your part search. Have you considered having it repaired? Seems like it would be an easy job for any metal fabricating shop with a MIG welder.

    The pronoun I has always been capitalized in the English language for more than 700 years.
