Re: My trip to an antique mall

Well, I went back to buy the Skyriter, and to my embarrassment it was actually $125 not $25.  I'm glad that ztyper also misread the price tag, or I would have thought I was crazy.  $25 would have been a bargain, $125, not so much...  I considered calling the seller with an offer, but if it was listed at $125 I don't think he/she would have come down enough to make it a good deal.

Ha! I also thought it was $25. $125 seems a bit crazy for that, even though they're so pretty.

...Did I read that wrong too? Well this is mildly embarrassing...  Perhaps I should wear my glasses full-time like the doctors say I should...

Re: My trip to an antique mall

The one is off to the side and I guess, in my mind, I interpreted it as a dollar sign.  My husband read it wrong too.

Re: My trip to an antique mall

Too bad... $25 is a great deal for a Skyriter
