Need help... What to do with missing typefaces.
Recently found out two of the typefaces on my smith premier 4 are missing. The lowercase w and v. What should I do?

Er, well, to be honest, there's nothing that you really can do without a parts machine... You could 3D print one, but that won't be doable everywhere until 2030 and by then you'll find 3 parts machines. And I haven't tried it with my brother's printer yet, so who even knows if it is possible. The best thing is that you hope you'll find a parts machine soon.
A high schooler with a lot of typewriters. That's pretty much about it.

I found one on ebay.. for 160... Im hoping the seller gives me just the typefaces...

Make sure you put up a "wanted" list in your signature with the items you are looking for. I come across odd stuff all the time, and who know... maybe I'll find a trashed Smith Premier No.4 one day and be able to supply you with those missing typefaces!
When you aren't looking for it... you ALWAYS find it!!!
