Anyone know what these keys represent?

Hm, neat. I found that Э is a Cyrillic e, but I don't know what that means on that keyboard. Rx I've seen as a mark for a prescription or pharmacy.
Here is this...

Oh, oh! Here we go. This is from a Wikipedia article that came up when I searched 'old apothecary notations':
So, the Cyrillic e is a scruple.
The curvy m is a minim
The offset 3 is a dram
The 3 with extra top is an ounce
I suppose Rx does mean prescription or recipe.
Not sure what the ae ligature means for apothecary?
Man. That is so cool. I want it (lol) Do you have the machine or just looking at it?

The ae ligature might have been used for writing scientific or Latin words, like aquæ vitæ.

^ Yup. And so this means it was for something to dowith latin and pharmisists.

I recall reading about a typewriter like this before. I believe they simply called it an "apothecary's typewriter".

Well done - the first apothecary's TW I've seen. Just looking, I don't own it.
While in the world of medicine, I do have a 17CPI Hermes, which I am told was used by pharmasisits (among others) for the tiny typing on medicine bottles and pillbox labels.
