This is the strangest key layout I have ever seen. And the price is too high for me.

That's an interesting one.  French of course, but I wonder what specialty had such a 'non-standard' layout.

By then they'd have refined things down to maybe two different schools of typing?

The only thing I can think of at the moment, is that this was a custom machine designed to keep other people away from this lovely red typewriter. The key layout creates confusion, and the would-be secret typist goes away.

That is definitely an interesting keyboard.

This could be a decent deal on a skyriter, if it works. Only about 5 hours left right now.
