I wish I had one THIS nice!!  You are probably wondering about light surface rust?  Some medium grade steel wool should be the best bet on nonpainted surfaces.  Just be sure to get all the steel wool shavings out of the machine.  Also, a light coat of oil (remember to wipe off the excess) to prevent future rust, if you're living in a particularly humid area.  --This is an older post, so in addition to helping out the original poster, I also want to help out anyone else who comes along to this particular thread.
