Imperial 65 Restoration Project

So I bought a 1952 Imperial 65 for the princely sum of $1. When I picked it up it was full of leaves and dirt and the lady that I bought it off told me that she had oiled it but couldn't understand why it wasn't working, while looking over it I found that she had oiled the type bars and all sorts of niceties were stuck to them.
I have started this thread for everyone to follow my restoration of my 'new' Imperial 65

Re: Imperial 65 Restoration Project

You need to have posted at least three times in order to be able to add photos: http://typewriter.boardhost.com/viewtopic.php?id=10

So we will look forward to your progress!
