Underwood Standard 5 Without Decals?

Recently got a lot of typewriters (The one with the KMGs I plan on repainting). In it, was a MINT condition Underwood Standard 5, BUT the catch: No decals, except the paper plate and the front bar. I dont think they could have been worn off, because the metal plate in front of the typebars does not show reminents of the decals, the sides have no pinstrips, and theres no patent dates on the back. I do know its from 1929. Is it because its a later model? Did someone take them off? Anyone else encounter this?

A high schooler with a lot of typewriters. That's pretty much about it.

Ill try and get some later. Right now I put them away as a "Work on another day project" because I have like 5 other projects going on right now.
