Hi, From what I see on the typewriter's cast aluminum top & bottom covers, it was made in 1980. I have 'google' photos of them, and when I tried to load them into this post, using their individual 'full https.' URL's the would not load. Regarding the black manufacturer's label, I can only see the left side of it as the ball/ribbon carrier is frozen in place at this time, blocking the rest of the label. The platen of the typewriter measures 15-1/2" in width.
