Hi,
I have a 2nd Gen Hermes 3000 that has a missing carriage return-lever, and I am wondering if there is any sellers who have this part? I'm afraid I can only accept offers from the UK due to shipping costs. (They tend to be quite high)

Mr. Jacques Perrier who lives in Switzerland would probably be able to help you out.

He is the biggest Hermes and Olympia parts dealer around.

He converses in both.

He also appreciates if you can send him a photo of the machine/part you need so there is no mis-understanding as to what part you are looking.  I usually find a photo or two on the TWDB Galleries.

He is easy to reach through Facebook if you search for his name.
